Appropriate Technology
Degenerative - Systems that degrade over time or fall apart; ongoing investment.
Ex. Car and all other supporting investments like roads.
Generative - Takes energy to create, eventually degrading but saving
more energy then it took to make over time.
Ex. Tools, solar panels.
Regenerative - Living, evolving things. Takes energy to purchase or support, it can repair itself and procreate.
Ex.A forest, a school of fish, permaculture certificate, knowledge.
